Six Weeks of Great Music

The Bowdoin International Music Festival's concerts present distinguished classical musicians from renowned chamber groups, orchestras, and conservatories worldwide, and the extraordinary young musicians who travel to Maine each summer to work with them in our summer study program.

In 2010, our Festival Fridays, Wednesday Upbeat! and Monday Sonatas concerts featured the works of Robert Schumann and Frédéric Chopin, along with works by Schubert, Dvorák, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, and others. In all, we presented more than 90 concerts in our seven concert series and other special events. For more on performers and programs, visit our concert series pages.

Concerts range in price from free to $35.
