Payment & Refunds

PAYMENT

Accepted participants are required to send a $600 deposit (U.S. $ only) and proof of current health insurance to secure their position in the Summer Study program. These must be sent within two weeks from the date of acceptance, or the position may be forfeited to an applicant on the waiting list. (Performing Associates send a $200 deposit, which will be forfeited, should the PA choose not to attend.) Deposits are not refundable, except in the case of a documented medical emergency before May 14, 2010. The balance of fees must be received in the Festival office on or before Friday, May 14, 2010.

REFUNDS

There will be no refunds of any kind after Friday, May 14, 2010, except for a documented medical emergency, in which case room and board only will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
