The Bowdoin International Music Festival holds several special events each summer, including public masterclasses, receptions, lectures, and fundraisers. You are welcome to participate in as many as you can!
Gala Opening Celebration
Our 3rd annual Dine On ... gala dinner and
live auction, was held on June 29. This year's event was sponsored by Bath Savings Trust Company, so all proceeds go to our scholarship fund.
The 2010 event was led by Mike Fear, owner of Now You’re Cooking in Bath, Maine. The event included a cocktail reception followed by dinner with a specially selected menu prepared by the award-winning Bowdoin College Dining Service and dessert provided by BIMF Trustee Sam Hayward of Fore Street, Portland, musical interludes by Bowdoin Festival participants, and an exciting live auction.
Please click here to see detailed information on the items that were auctioned, raising more than $35,000 for our scholarship fund. For more information about the event, please contact Christina Razzi at christi@bowdoinfestival.org.
Donor Recognition Event
Music and refreshments with Trustees, artists and participants, to be scheduled in July. This event is by invitation only. Please watch your mailbox for yours!
